Team 5-Span began its journey as a team of 6 people with a wealth of diversity and experience.
Two of our original team members (Sharon and Ayo) did not come on the full design journey with us but their presence and the diversity of thought and opinion that they added to the group made a valuable contribution in our early days of formation. We were lucky to have their presence and are grateful for the impact they had in the weeks that they were active on the team.

The diversity, energy and commitment to the learning process is what made this team so great, with different ideas, thoughts, styles of expression and skill sets on display throughout the project. For all of our respective differences, we had one thing very much in common. We were all passionate about Design Thinking.
